The following terms cover the full use of the website, if you can't agree to the terms please stop
using the website imidiately. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you
will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruptionption or delay that you experience
in accessing the website, whatever the cause.
Copyright
All photos and text on www.marksmithphotography.co.uk are copyright Mark Smith Photography.
Mark Smith Photography owns and retains the copyrights in the images. No copyright license (either express
or implied) is granted to the user.
These images are copyrighted and protected under Copyright Laws. All rights reserved. You are purchasing the
photo or image only, not the right to use or reproduce the photo. To copy, scan, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit,
distribute or publicly display any image you will need written permission from Mark Smith Photography.
Where images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, the user is responsible
for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from such third parties.
Colour and Quality
Please be aware that there might be differences between the colour on your screen and the colour of the final
print due to your screen settings and the print process used.
The quality of the images will be the highest possible. Most printing is done using professional FujiFilm
and Polielectronica photo lab printers giving a fade resistance for 150 years, speicialist prints will be done with other
professional printers designed for the purpose.
Photos taken in extreme conditions, genereally very low light might show grain/noise in the finished product.
Genreally this is something only visible in larger print sizes and will be reduced as much as possible when the photo is edited
before printing.
Delivery
Prints are usually delivered within a week from the time your order is confirmed, however please do allow
up to 28 working days at busy times for example just after a gallery is added following an event. An email will be sent to
you with an ETA when your order is confirmed. I am not able to deliver outside of the UK or to an address that differs from
your paypal registered address.
Payments
Payments can be made either by paypal or cheque. Paypal is the preferred method and will be the fastest way
for you to receive your order. With payments by cheque they will need to clear before your order it processed.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Mark Smith Photography reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, pricing and product availability
at any time.
